This is a short page because ClinicSonar does very little in the background. We set no advertising cookies, we run no third party trackers, and we use no analytics tools like Google Analytics or a Facebook pixel. We are telling you anyway, because being straight about it is the point.
To run a scan and send your report, ClinicSonar makes a few first party requests to its own service. These read the page you asked us to check, run the speed test, and record that a scan happened. They are needed for the tool to work and they do not identify you or follow you anywhere else.
We also keep a plain anonymous count of things like how many scans have been run in total. It is a number with no personal detail attached, so it cannot be traced back to you.
The law asks for a consent banner when a site uses non essential cookies, such as advertising or tracking. ClinicSonar uses none of those, only strictly necessary first party functionality, so no banner is required. If that ever changes, we will add proper consent controls and update this page first.
In one line: no ad cookies, no third party trackers, no analytics scripts. Just the requests needed to run your scan and send your report.
Anything you want to check, email [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy for how the details you enter are handled.
